精對苯二甲酸以PX(配方占65%－67%)為原料，以醋酸為溶劑，在催化劑的作用下經(jīng)空氣氧化(氧氣占35%－33%)，生成粗對苯二甲酸。然后對粗對苯二甲酸進行加氫精制，去除雜質(zhì)，再經(jīng)結(jié)晶、分離、干燥、制得精對苯二酸產(chǎn)品，即精對苯二甲酸成品。
Pure terephthalic acid takes PX (formula accounts for 65% - 67%) as raw material and acetic acid as solvent.
